Who we are
We are a business-automation service based in Ghent, Belgium. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: okunola@okunolacreates.com.
What we collect
- When you send the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, the function you want to automate and your message.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the messages you send.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a strategy call and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, project records are kept as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
Only our team. We never sell your data. Our web host and email provider process it on our behalf, and WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its use at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
